4 Dog Mother

Today is Amy's birthday which means it is also Taggert's birthday. With 3 kids and 2 son's in laws, I decided that was enough birthdays to remember so I have matched my dogs with kids birthdays that would be close to when the dog was born. I am pretty sure Taggert was born in January but not the date so he got matched with Amy's birthday.
Taggert is 3 years old today. We got him Memorial Day weekend 2 1/2 years ago today. He was (is) such a cutie! But he is also all terrier and I can find that a little frustrating at times. He has very selective hearing and loves to mutter at me when he walks away after I've corrected him. But he is my sweet boy and I love him very much.
Taggert came from a Rescue Group in Toledo and this is the picture I saw on their site. I fell in love with him and made Carl get me up there first thing (they were having an event at one of the stores in Toledo, about 50 miles from here) the next day. As soon as he showed up, I grabbed him from his foster's mom's arms and wouldn't let go of him until Carl said yes. (Well, actually I didn't let go of him then either).

Amy lives in Toledo so we took him over there to meet her and her dogs - Sadie and Cincy - she did not have Spot yet.
