Thanks Kim for resizing them for me...kitty litter has encrusted itself so much in my brain, I can't figure it out. Someday....on to Georgie! :D ;)

The day Georgie got his surgery, and was so miserable. :( Hence...I didn't make the bed, and disturb the patient. :o

This is pretty much the angle he keeps his legs in..kicked out to the side, and dragging behind him. :(

And the monkey boy picture again lol! He's such a fresh little thing! Kept yanking at the bottom of the footstool trying to rip it. He managed to a bit...but hey, it was all in fun!

Georgie, you are so darn adorable.

That first picture is so pitiful looking, but then the next four truely make up for it. He looks so cute cleaning himself and oh so adorable hanging onto the chair.

Great pictures Jan. Give that sweet little boy a hug and kiss for me please.:)

Jan if I did not know about Georgie's legs you would never be able to tell. I'm glad to see he is doing better, even if the surgery was not as successful as you had hoped it to be.

Awww....he's such a little cutie pie. I'm so sorry he still seems to be having pain - poor little guy. :(

I would think that now that the legs are not physically restricted that he would eventually start using them more, but that's not going to happen if it hurts him to use them. Hopefully he's still just healing up - poor little guy.

But her certainly looks happy and goofy in that last pic. :D

There is a rescue here in Chicago that takes in injured and stray cats only. They have an orangie that I so wish I could take.....OMG! I just went to find him on petfinder, couldn't find him so I went to their website and he has been adopted!!! I'm so happy!! Anyway, his back legs were paralyzed after he was hit by a car. When I went there, he came up to me. It was so sad because he just dragged his back end. He looked just like Georgie Porgie does. Front legs up, back end dragging. I'm attaching "Comisky's" picture. You just don't know how happy I am that he has been adopted. Here's his write up, and as you can see, it had to have been a very special person that adopted him because of his "potty" difficulties.

COMISKY-Adopted!
Gender: MALE
Age: 2

Comiskey is a very sweet and friendly 2 year old DSH orange tabby cat. Comiskey gets along well with other cats and is a sweet, curious, and playful companion. Comiskey was brought to Tree House with his back legs paralyzed after he was hit by a car. He has no control over his bowels and needs to have his bladder expressed. Comiskey doesn't let his special needs slow him down. We are confident he can live a long, happy, and healthy life in the right home.

Sorry to hijack Georgie's thread. I just thought he and Comisky had something in common, and now I find out Comisky has been adopted!!!

Awww Debbie, I'm glad that Comisky (weird name lol) has found a home! Lucky for me (and Georgie) he has no potty issues, and isn't in need of having his bladder emptied etc. I do hope that the pain he feels from time to time ends soon. :( At least he's a happy boy most of the time! :)

:D Comiskey isn't such an odd name in Chicago--at least not if you're a White Sox fan. Charles Comiskey was an owner of the White Sox, and Comiskey Park was named after him.

I'm glad Comiskey found himself a home--and I'm glad Georgie's problems aren't as severe.
