We sometimes have a faint smell of tuna, wafting from our clothes.
We carry a can opener, for emergencies.
We can always sense a cat peering out at us, from a window or a bush.
We seem to 'find' Ferals even when we're not looking.
We are sometimes obssessed with the weather and temperatures outside.
We lay awake some nights, worrying about our 'kids' and praying they are warm and cozy, and full. of food.
Our first stop at a mall is usually the pet store.
Our non-pet loving friends, just don't get it.
Some of us have 30 plus cats in our homes at any given time
Sometimes, we think, this IS crazy, but, our hearts say, 'so what?"
God Bless all of us 'Cat people".

I agree...I could never do what you do! It is truly a wonderful thing. Probably doesn't hurt to have a man who understands, or even helps!! Yes, God bless you!!!;)

And I might add, magnets built into the head that automatically turns head at precise moment cat is nearing dumpster in search of food. And there's no slight smell of tuna wafting from my clothes..I seem to bathe in the stuff in my rush to set traps! Sardines in oil reek!  :D

Kim,

How about this one...

When we see a cat walking down the street, we pull the car over, get some dry cat food out of the trunk, and yell "Heeeeere, kitty, kitty, kitty" hoping and praying that he belongs to someone.
