Camera Practice *7 pics*

Hey all! I got home early today, and with the weather slowly warming up, I finally got a chance to take the girls out with my camera! The problem...I still haven't figured the thing out!!! I took 160 pictures today, and I think only 10 of them were not blurry?!??!! I'm off to the see people that sold it to me tomorrow so I can get a little lesson...in the mean time, here are the few that turned out ok :D

Nikon D70 ... obviously it's a little advanced for me :confused: :rolleyes: I just can't seem to figure out the focus!

Great pictures! I'm in the same boat with my camera so I signed up to take a photography class in mid February. I got a Canon 10D and I find that if I don't rely on Auto Focus and shoot in a mode other than automatic, I have more control over the blurs. I still have a lot of learning to do too so I'm excited about the class!

That is what I have found with my film SLR; however, with this camera...in total auto-settings, I still am getting very blurry pics, even if I am perfectly still...?!?!? Go figure! I haven't made it to the camera store yet, but hopefully this week! Hope you have fun in your class! :D
