I had baked chicken, 2 tomatoe slices with salt & pepper, and cottage cheese and a mixed berry 7up mm..

what else did everyone have or is having??

and I just had tin roof sundae ice cream for dessert :)

We did dinner on the run, tonight. Helen had a basketball game, and when we left there, we had to go straight to her Volleyball practice, so we stopped at Subway, not one of my most favorite things to do, and got dinner. She enjoyed hers and mine was really ok (their new breads are good). I like heated subs and the one I ended up having was heated.

I went out to dinner with a few friends, where we went was realy uhhhh snobby and flash, but nice. I ended up having chicken parma, salad and chips. Then one friend said she wanted cake and started a trend, so we all had cake. I had chocolate mud cake Yum :D.

I will probably have Maccas or something quick tonight ;).

Oh my, good timing. Last night I had Dungeness crab marinated in my mom's special marinade. We cracked it over a BIG salad with hard-boiled eggs and added a dab of ketchup and mayo to the italian dressing to basically make a crab louie.

I'm hungry again just remembering it! *drool*

Tilapia is a kind of fish. :)

Last night I had baked chicken topped with a sauce I made from milk, butter, flour, parmesan cheese, chopped spinach, and a bit of onion flake. I had a half-cup of whole-wheat couscous on the side and a salad with oil and vinegar dressing to go with it. And water. I had the leftovers for lunch today, it was yummy.

Tonight I'm having a Boca burger on a whole-wheat bun, another salad, milk, and some left-over apple crisp I made over the weekend. Yum!!

Last night I made a lasanga type casserole (barilla noodles, mozzarella cheese and veggie burger meat) so we had nice easy leftovers tonight. Later, I will have a delicious piece of cheesecake. :D
