I've recently started making my own cards and wanted to know if anyone was interested in purchasing a handmade card. I'm attaching two examples. I also have cat and dog themed stamps. The cards are 4x5 and the charge is $5 a card. Before you say that's a lot for one card, remember that the ones you buy in the store are at least $3(unless you go to the dollar store like my mom). Everyone I've shown these to at work says I should sell them so I'll start selling them here. Unless I know you pretty well, I'll only accept money orders.

Here's the New Year card I also do cards that use some things from scrapbooking, such as the crimped paper. I am very versatile.

Here's some more I made. The dog, cat and flower ones are the most recent.

Actually if you just go to WalMart or someplace like that the cards are usually around $1 each.

But I think for the time and effort you put into those they're worth about $5. Beautiful job. <3

I think $5 is perfect. You can't find unique cards like that for much less, if any less than $5 anymore. You can find super cute cards for cheap, but, they are very generic. Don't get me wrong, I usually end up buying the little 96 cents cards from Walmart, but, only because I can't afford much else. ;) But, when I start working again, I usually try to find the more unique cards. I like all of the ones you've made, Val! The cats and dogs are wonderful! Are they stamps? They're adorable!!

I don't know..I've never seen cards like this in walmart....I don't think they have a great selecion to be honest...no wonder they're only $1

I REALLY want the kitty one Val..do you still have it?? I'll so buy it if you do hehe. I wouldn't give it to anyway though, I want it for myself...;)

The kitty one is gone but I can always make another one. Kari, they're stamps and then colored with water color pencils which work much better than chalk. I need to change the price, too. I'm charging $6 instead of $5. I really think that's fair. They will be more on Ebay, though. I'm looking forward to the Ebay adventure. Jadapit has given me my first order. I'm so excited!
