Gonzo's Snow Trip! *lots of pics*

:) We're back - finally! It took 5 hours to come home, when it usually takes 2. It was, like, white out conditions and we were just sitting there forever! But it was so fun up there.. Gonzo LOVED it! He did really well on the ride there and back, he just layed his head on my lap the whole time. He loved the snow so much.. when we were in the cabin, if anyone got up he would immediately run to the door and just sit there waiting to go out. Luckily, our neighbors had a dalmatian that he played with constantly, and there were atleast 5 dogs there that he got to run with. Our nieghbors also had a Pug puppy that they brought over, it was sooo cute!

On Thursday and Friday, I went snowboarding with my sister and it was *really* nice and powerdy. Today we couldn't go at all because it was storming really bad, but we took Gonzo out on a long hike and he pulled my baby brother around in his sled ;)! anyway, I took tons of pictures... just tons. I'll post half of them here, some turned out really cute. Sorry that they're really huge, but I didn't want them to get all pixely and gross... I hope all of these don't mess up anyone's computer :p

Gonzo met this cute Golden about a mile away from our place... some guy said he was the "condo dog". they just left him out all day, off leash. I had to move him out of the way twice when the snowplow and a shuttle passed :rolleyes:...

:) Di, my little brother does that all the time, it's so funny! we tell Gonzo to spin, and Alex spins too. yeah, I really hope the weather is good and some one will drive me.. I'm pretty sure I can get a ride. I'd love to see how Sesh and Gonzo get along ^^!! I'm sure they will have a blast together.. it'll be fun to meet you and everyone too!

Caseysmom, lol.. yeah my parents are wierd. they made reservations and already paid, so we went anyway. We have a big SUV so the drive was ok ;).. but today we saw a car spin out and slam into the guard rail right ahead of us :eek:! we went to North Star, so the storm wasn't too horrible up there, and the snow was awesome! Sly Park would be fun.. I didn't know it snowed too much up there? Strawberry is really nice to go sledding or just go out with the dogs, but it's definately further up. I bet Bubba would like the snow! :)


Sibes, lol... yeah, he didn't really wear the boots for too long. He wore them for about 2 minutes, until he lost one in all the snow and tried to rip the other three off :rolleyes:.. but we found the lost boot after the snow plow came! lol.. thanks! Gonzo and my little bro are buddies :D

:) thanks Kimmy! this was only Gonzo's second time in the snow... we have to drive a couple hours to get there, but it's so pretty and totally worth the drive.

Blaze's mommy, thanks! Blaze is soooo cute! I love your new siggy ^^ and I'm sure he and Gonzo would be buds.. :( I wish we all lived closer!

WOW!!! :eek: Look at ALL that SNOW!!!!!!!! I too, can't believe you went in this weather. We have a big SUV too, and I want to go see the snow, but my dad refuses to go when the weather's so harsh. He wants to wait till March...when the storms are mostly over, but the snow's still around. Where did you go? Tahoe? Loved the pics!!! Looks like Gonzo had tons of fun!
