you have to have Photoshop 7....

WOW!!!!!! :eek: VERY nice job... Glad you like my tut! :D I hope it wasn't too hard to follow.

Also, when you make the whole thing blue, you can also make it different colors like red, pink, green, whatever... You just mess with the hue and saturation levels. :)
