What mixture of good things did you "stuff" them with? Do you steam them to cook them or steam then stir fry?

Could you Fed Ex me some of those?:D I remember at college, during Chinese New Year there was a big dumpling party! Every table got a load of stuffing, and the wrappers, and we wrapped dumplings. Then they were steamed, and we got to eat them. People from all cultures would take part so they could get some yummies!

Logan, by the way.. you weren't wrong with the Dim Sum really, just that dim sum has the dumplings with other things too.

"Cantonese for "heart's delight," dim sum includes a variety of small, mouth-watering dishes such as steamed or fried dumplings, shrimp balls, steamed buns and Chinese pastries." That's from the Epicurious web site ;)

Are you practicing making jiao zhi ( I'm not sure how to spell that!)for Spring Festival Mei? My daughter in law Bao Ming taught me how to make them and they are delicious. Every time she goes to a party in Canada ( where she now lives) she has to take some with her!! They are so tasty and everyone loves them!

p.s. Dim sum is like yum cha .. it is a cantonese expression.

Fed EX is a mail service. You can send a package to another person in one day!

I was making a joke.

In some places in America we say, "those are tasty looking appetizers"

In other places the dialect is different. Some may say, "them's some tasty looking appetizers.'

Dim Sum sounds close to "them's some"!!!

I love ALL Chinese food!!! :D
