A dear friend of mine in Chicago had asked for a photo of the E's. This was way last summer and I thought nothing of it (who wouldn't want a photo of them....:D :D )

Look what arrived Saturday!!! It is an enamel box....

It's beautiful. She has captured them so well, especially their eyes and the soulful look Eddie has to him.

We have an Eddie at our house now, though not a cat. A blue-tongue lizard has set up home in our compost heap and we named him Eddie after a football identity who is rather lizard-like :).
