I was so hoping the flat coated retriever would win Best of Show at Westminster last week. But then again, they are probably waiting for the likes of YOU to award your breed that coveted honor! You are our beautiful Sunday Dog of the Dog and I send BIG congratulations and lots of love and kisses as you revel in your most deserved recognition, sweet Cricket. I'd add lots of treats. I almost cried seeing that sweet little face... I like your brothers exspecially Timber What a great little german shep face!!

At first i thought Cricket was a Lab..... see we cover up the breed and try to guess it so i was thinking like a lab shep mix or something and my mom thought a chocolate lab or black lab but we were fooled!!! I love that lil puppy face and beautiful eyes!!!

Cricket, Looks like love is better, the second time around. It may have taken you a little longer to find your forever family, but when you did, you HIT THE JACKPOT. I can't imagine how anyone could leave you like your first person did, but despite the trauma, think of it this way, it was how you got to where you are now, pretty girl.

I have had a really busy day today, and I sat down to check out some of my favorite sites, and there you were to greet me! What a lucky girl you are. All safe and comfortable. I hate what your first owner did to you, but it might have been worth it find the perfect place to live.
