On my lunch hour today, I dropped well over 100 bucks at the vet clinic. It was time to refill Preacher's prescriptions. I never thought I'd be happy to spend that much money on pills, but last time I filled them, I was convinced he wouldn't live long enough to need anymore. It was right about the time his health took a nose dive. I was thrilled this morning to notice that he only had a day or two left of his medications!

He's not back to where he was before this dip. He probably never will be, but he's pretty perky most days. I could hear him BAWOOOOing on the weekend while I was running the dog team. I was about 4km from home and I could still hear Preacher! Last week he even wanted to spend the day outside, something he almost never does anymore. :D
