As the holidays draw closer, inevitably my RB boys are even more strongly in my mind. Cody was born on Christmas day, and every time I wrap a gift, I think of how he loved unwrapping his own present, while Willie hovered nearby to eat the bits of paper he could snatch.

Christmas was without a doubt made precious by my angels. I snapped this picture before we headed to the nursing home to visit some residents. Cody was a particularly good therapy dog with the elderly.

And I ran across this one, the boys with their best buddy Devon, my mother-in-law's sheltie who passed to the bridge about a year ago.

Rest in peace boys, my heart is always with you.
