Such fond memories of Gabe, Robyn's kitty....

This has to be my all time favorite photo of two of my cats that went to RB within two weeks of each other....

The aby is Graemer aka Grammy Crackers and the ragdoll is Gabe, Robyn's cat that came to live with me in Vermont. It was an iffy situation at best and it turned out that Graemer and Gabe became best of friends. They even went to RB together.....

A real heart breaker, to say the least.... Gabe is giving Graemer a kitty bath.......to seal the deal....friends for life.

Oh Sallyanne, I have tears in my eyes. That is a bitter sweet photo. Being one of Gabe's moms, it does my heart so good to know that he came out of his shell and had a buddy to call his own afterall...that Graemer was a sweetheart, and helped Gabe break down his walls. I will never forget the two of them, ever. I am sure they are together at the bridge, unfortunate, and we all question why, but at least they have each other :) Thanks for bringing those sweet memories back. Go hug Miley Girl, Graemer's sweet sister, for me :)

<sniff, sniff> Yes, Gabe was always a favorite of mine too. It was so wonderful to see the tough guy mellow so, and so heartbreaking when he and Grammy Crackers were called to RB. :(

Oh SAS, this is such a sweet photo. :) I remember them so well. It's sad they had to go to the RB, but I'm sure they're playing up there on the big soft ground. They had become real good pals and had to go together.
