Today was my last therapy session! They said that I was doing real well with my new knee. I'll still have to exercise on my own, but that won't be a problem. I'll get enough exercise by working at my job, and just walking. I'm HAPPY!!

Congratulations! I remember getting soooo burned out on physical therapy. It's such a huge accomplishment once you are done. Keep up the strength so that you don't wind up going back. I got lazy and wound up hurting again.

I want to thank everyone for their congratulations and well wishes! It was a long road to get to this point, but it sure was worth it. It's nice to walk without a limp and bowl again. Again to everyone, THANK YOU!!
