I was looking at a rescue site and saw this sweet looking little girl. Her name is China and she is a pit mix... I am guessing with Shar-Pei. I wish I could adopt her... but I dont think my mom is even considering it. :( Here is the story that was posted with her.

She was picked up by Dog Control tied to a dumpster confused and cold to the bone. It was obvious that this girl had a litter of pups very recently. We watched the lost ads in the paper in hopes that her owner would come to claim her so she could be reunited with her pups. Sadly that didn't happen. China has been such a doll at the shelter. She loves attention so much, she gets excited when someone comes in and jumps on you. (We're working on the jumping). She has yet to meet a stranger and tries to sit on the Volunteer's lap when inside her kennel. China is about 1 - 2 years old and is short in stature. She LOVES to play fetch and enjoys going for a ride in the car. We are trying to get the funds together so we can take her to a Vet. She has a bad tooth which will have to come out. Because of her exuberance we think it best she not be placed in a home with small children. She has not been tested with cats. Please give our Little "China Girl" a forever home and in return you'll receive many years of love and loyalty in return.
