What are you eating for supper?

I was just wondering what everyone is having for supper tonight? I still haven't figured out what I'm going to have.

My co-worker is having a dinner party and she is serving some kind of pasta with a caesar salad (made by another co-worker) and garlic bread.
I am making brownies right now and am brining all the fixings for brownie sundaes.

I will have to figure out what to make the kids in a few minutes. Maybe some soup or something.

That's exactly what my husband and my daughter asked me, within minutes of each other after I sped to the airport to pick him up on time (and his plane ended up being 30 minutes late), sped back across town to pick up my daughter from basketball practice, and then sped to the vet's office to pick up my Murphy before they closed! :p I looked at the two of them and told them we were fasting tonight because it was almost 6 pm and I had not had time to even think about dinner!!! LOL!!!

We ended up going to a favorite Chinese restaurant across the street from the vet's office! :)

I ate this salad stuff that I made. Most people say it sounds disgusting when I tell what is in it. Salad, salsa, ranch, doritos, cheese, and grilled chicken pieces. It is my favorite food!

I assume supper is Dinner right? we only call it Dinner in NZ, tonight is my sort of night off, so it will be easy and quick , a pizza and oven chips for everyone, and a chicken lite and low fat oven chips for me, yum.. skipping the salad and veges tonight.

I worked last night, so I had a small plate of something one of the chefs whipped up for fun. It was pasta, chicken, andouille sausage, green peppers, onions and (eeeeeewwwwwy) shrimp--I left the shrimp out of mine but could still taste that shrimpy taste--it was all fried in some kind of sauce, and it was soooo spicy!!!

Then I went home and ate ice cream:)

I'm a horrible eater:(

Tonight it'll be whichever restaurant comes to mind first.

I don't know what we're having tonight, I'll post about it when I do. :) Last night, I believe we have spaghetti and sauce. Mm, it was good, but I got home at 5:30 and the pasta had been sitting for like 30 minutes, and was already soggy. Yuck, if there's one thing I don't like it is soft pasta noodles! I like my chewy and barely cooked. MM! I'm hungry now...

Marinating steaks in a mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, worchester sauce, rosemary, steak seasoning, A-1, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. In about 45 minutes I'll broil them up.

Made cut up parsley potatoes for my husband and a baked potato for me.

Broccoli for our veggie.

Yum!

No veggies tonight, I'm afraid, I can never come up with a good Veggie to go with this meal. I'm funny about matching foods up toghter and haven't found that right match for this meal, yet.

I like these threads because they give me really quick dinner ideas for nights when I don't feel like cooking.

OH and I just remembered.. I had walmart brand mac and cheese. It is WAAYYYY better than Kraft Dinner.. I used to be a die hard kd fan but the walmart stuff is REALLY good!!

Tonight we will be having chopped up Ham and tomatoes mixed with a beaten egg and black pepper, wrapped inside a burrito with Tomato sauce spread on the burrito and rolled up, with tasty cheese sprinkled on top and cooked in the oven for 20 mins, these are delicious and can be varied according to your taste, the burrito tastes like a nice filo pastry almost, can be made with sweet fillings as well.

We will have a nice salad with it.

I had a bowl full of Egg Noodles with some margarine and a few sprinkles of parmesean cheese. Mmmm, so delicious! Oh, and a snowflake roll for "dessert". I wanted to take the whole bag upstairs to my room so no one would eat MY rolls, but my dad caught me before I made it there. So sad.
