I lost Hammy

I can't believe it. I went to clean Hammy's cage this morning and he was curled up sleeping, only sleeping a sleep he won't wake up from. :( I miss my little guy so much. I've had him since he was born and he was the tamest hamster I've ever had. He was such a beautiful boy and he loved posing for photographs. Everyone loved him. He was getting pretty old but he also had a tumor in his abdomen. There was nothing we could do except keep him happy until he passed. RIP Hammy, your mom loves you very very much! Please say hi to Pooka, Mystic, and all the others. I miss you!

Thank you. What saddens me is that I have seemed to erase his best pictures that I had in my photobucket account. I thought I had them saved elsewhere so I erased them so I could upload more, and now I can't seem to find any other place even on my disks that have them. I do have two ok pictures, but his best picture I ever took was in the album I erased. :(

Ok, I did a search on Pet Talk and I found that same pic because I entered him in a contest! THANK GOODNESS! :D

Thank you Logan very much for responding. I am so sad he is gone, but since I got Peanut back last night I am feeling a tiny bit better. He is giving me something to think about other than my little lost Hammy boy. I so miss him. :(

Thanks for responding everyone. I was going to post the pictures. I've just been so busy lately. Honestly, I am trying hard not to think about it because it hurts so much. He was more than "just a hamster" to me. He was one of my best friends, always more than willing to pose for the camera. He changed so many peoples minds about hamsters being mean as he was just the sweetest little guy.
