Paxil arrived late yesterday. She's adjusting very well. She's making friends with the timid boys--Mac, Ozzy, Delta and Antare. There is nothing timid about this girl so her confidence may be good for them.

Paxil is eight years old, spayed and in good health. She is the sweetest little ball of fur every. She loves to snuggle and is an obsessive licker. My face has never been cleaner. She gets along well with everyone. She's a little curious about the cats, but not threatening to them. She was a favorite at her previous musher's house so she got to spend some time indoors and is already housetrained.

She looks alot like my Delta, but she was spayed long before Delta was concieved. I think she's very pretty!

I ran her in an 8 dog team today. She did great. She is bombproof. Nothing throws this girl. She even ran beside Hobo, who usually runs alone as he's insane! Paxil will be taking over the leader duties of my second team--the older, slightly slower dogs. That team has been leaderless this year as I had to retire Sleet. Paxil will also be helping me train some of the younger ones as she already knows all the commands.

Taking a break after the run today.
She's absolutely delightful! It's such a pleasure to get a new dog who has no issues! She just fit right in.
