The punk who assulted my kids on Halloween night actually went into the police station last night to file a complain about a girl that punched him on Halloween night... how stupid can you get?

He was not arrested, but will be fined $1,300 for personal assult charges. He claimed that my kids were tossing candy at his car. Now, if you knew my kids, you'd know that when they have candy (Halloween, Easter, etc) they hoard it under lock and key. They are most definately NOT going to be wasting it by tossing it in the streets at cars! :rolleyes:

The cops spend a lot of time tonight on the phne getting stories straight and verifying facts. But it is determined my kids are telling the truth.

The only thing I'm disappointed in is that my daughter didn't break his nose! :D

That's great that they know who did it. He deserves to get arrested, but maybe a nice fine will deter him from doing the same thing again. Here's hoping! :)

I'm glad the person was fined. He's an idiot for going to the police and he is an idiot for doing those things to your kids.

Excellent news. Not quite good enough to get on one of those "World's stupidest criminals" lists, but pretty dumb of him. I hope he get subsequently written up on hate crime charges, or at least threatened with it.

So glad they caught him, and i'm just like your kids.. who in the heck would waste candy by throwing it at cars? Even if that WAS the case, the guy was totally wrong by physically assaulting your children.
