There is a contest where you can win 1,000 free neuters in your community! If you go to the link, click on VOTE and you will see a list of cities eligible. If your city isn't on the list and you don't have a preference, could you please vote for Austin (the neuter team would come to my shelter!)? That is ONLY if you have no preference. Of course if you have one, vote for the city that you want!! :)

I would have voted for Austin, but Tampa Bay is on the list so I voted for it. Doesn't look like Austin needs many more votes anyways. :p

Thanks for the votes guys. The contest ends on Dec 1st so there's still plenty of time for the results to change. I will be happy for ANY city to win, but I am especially excited if Austin wins because I will be volunteering to help with post-op procedures as the dogs are waking up.

I voted Austin, although Boston was also on the list. We don't have the horrible problems with dog overpopulation as much as some of the down south states, so good luck, and happy snippin'! Save those "Batonga-Wonga's" for RICHARD! :D ewww..just kidding! :p

Aly, I tried to vote for Austin but I kept getting a reply that said I had "an illegal blank space" in my email address :confused: HUH? I tried several times. I'll try again later. I also said under "comments" or whatever it was that I was doing this for you. Because I will never forget the connection we had at the "Very First PetTalk Meeting" - several years ago now - with dear little Reece and Lolly and our morning walkies :D You are a delight and a joy to know and I feel honored to call you my friend :cool:
