What do you think??

I just finished this picture today, its done in pencil... and its of my girls, Squeekers and Misty. I've been meaning to do a portrait of them for a while so I finally sat myself down last week and started it! I did it for a school project actually, the teachers liked it. :D

Unfortunetly its hard to get a good pic of a pencil pic with my camera... :p the flash kind of messed it up!

The portrait of your two kitties is so beautiful, how long did that take you to do?

Tips for photographing pencil.... get a tripod (if not, then rest it flat on a surface, maybe prop the camera up on books) and lean the picture against something (I put mine on an easel) and wait til there is a good amount of natural daylight in the room. You WILL be needing to edit the photos on the computer because everything comes out with grey tones instead of white.

Now I'm inspired to do the kittens!

ActionCat007, it took me about 5-6 hours I think... just a guess though! :p

QueenScoopalot, I've been doing sketches ever since I was very young... I love drawing (and painting!). :)

That is very nice! I like the way you composed it...they almost make a heart shape together. I like it!!!!! :D

That is BEAUTIFUL!!! You are very very talented. I'm so jealous! I wish I could draw like that.
