Its a deal,where you call 101 888,and the number,that you are calling,and you get bargains,on call round,the world! I know,taht it is in Ontario,but I am not sure,where else!!

I use Vonage phone service and get free long distance for all of USA, and Canada. Overseas the rates are really lowcost. The condition is to live in USA or Canada.
