A friend of mine has dogs, ferrets, cats.. etc...
Well, her son's cleaned the ferrets cage yesterday but didn't latch it all the way. They got out, one of the cats opened the door to the outside, and they all went outside. One of the ferrets, Pippin, walked into the dog pen with her two Malamutes and was killed.
As for the other ferret, Skeeter, he is still missing.
Please pray he comes home safe!
