Finally a picture of my new cat that we got from Animal Control 2 weeks ago. She is 2-1/2 years old and a bobtail cat. And you can see the homemade scratching post we made her. :) :) We are NOT carpenters! haha Her name is "Meka".

Thank you both - I posted the pictures from home late last night because i don't have any here at work. We are so happy with her and are finally learning what it is like to have a furry friend and why everyone loves them so much. :) I've learned a lot here and really appreciate all your help. Debbie

She is one very pretty girl. I'm so glad that we have been able to help you, and that you are having a lot of fun with her. Do you know where she was the past 2 1/2 years and why she ended up at Animal Control? Its always interesting to hear the stories of how a cat lived before it came to live n its forever home.
