Does anyone know of any other free programs like adobe photoshop.. or paint shop pro?

I REALLY want to make sigs again... but I cant because my free trial of PSP8 has worn out.. and I cant download PSP9 for stupid reasons that I am unaware of. I would just buy one of the programs.. but I dont exactly have the money. So I was wondering if anyone knows of any other progams that you can use to make sigs.

I am getting so mad. I cant download the free version of PSP on either comp... now I cant open that drawing program that you posted aobut... but I could on the other computer! :mad: I was just coloring a dingo and I didnt save it and now I cant open it on this computer! :(

I believe GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/about/) is free. It's a program like photoshop and PSP you just don't get quite as many features. I've never used it, but people tell me it works pretty well for being free.

finally its downloaded and ALMOST working... but now it says


You must run this program first from the administrator account. After you have done so, it can be run on any account.


Any ideas what this means?
