Never a dull moment at my house!

We had a bug come down the chimney and all 4 of my kitties noticed it. It was crawling around the inside of the fireplace screen (we desperately need a new one, dontcha think?)
We are now calling Evie "Evie the Brave"

Pouncer decided to show her how big kitties do things.

I would have gotten more pics, but I decided to check out what kind of bug they were hunting, and it turned out to be a wasp/hornet/stinging creature. I tokk my shoe and smoshed it End of bug hunt for the day.

Damn. Makes me wish I had pictures of Don Juan and the crayfish.

(I REFUSE TO CALL ANY CREATURE THAT WOULD EAT A ROACH "FINICKY.")

Cute pictures Kim! Isn't it funny how the tiniest little thing like a bug can loom so important in a kitty's eyes. :) If an elephant were to walk through my back yard Trevor and Andy wouldn't even bat an eye, but if a moth is fluttering by the ceiling, they knock over everything in their path to reach it. :p BTW, glad you killed it!

LOL!! I think you have a little monkey there! Evie is a little daredevil isn't she? Why is it that the tiniest bug can create such hoopla!! I'm just glad in this case that no one actually caught the stingy critter!
