We've had Roxy for over a year and a half and she's never once howled. All my other snow dogs have always howled, I always wondered why she didn't. Ever since we've moved into this new house, she howls all the time. She howls for sirens, the car alarm, just to play, when she's happy to see me, etc... I wonder why she just now found her voice? The only thing that I can think of is that we are now on the edge of town, you can hear the Coyotes at night. Maybe their yaps reminded her how to howl?
