I get lamb IAMS for Blaze, and he loves it. What kind of dogfood or brands do you get for your dog?

When I can afford it, I get Merrick's... but at $1.89 a can, it's too expensive to get all the time.

In between Merrick's, Samantha prefers Pedigree. She never warmed up to Iams, Science Diet, or any of the other "better" foods out there. She did eat Chicken Soup for awhile but after about 5 months of it, she stopped eating it - my guess is that she got sick of the one flavor they offered.

Killian eats a home-cooked low protein, high fat liver diet with a very little Canidae Platinum Diet added for the crunch factor for his teeth.

Shiloh eats either all stage Canidae or Wellness. I think she likes Canidae better, but Wellness has glucosamine and condroitin in it which at this time in her life is good for her hips.

My dog eats Merrick soft food and for the hard food he eats Nutro. Merrick is coming out with hard food in the near future so I'm going to have him try that when it comes out. My cats eat Merrick soft food too and they eat Wellness hard food. Again, when Merrick comes out with hard food, I'll see if they like it. I really like Merrick. It's expensive, but I think it's well worth it. Sometimes I think my pets eat better than me!

Our puppies eat Abady. you can only get it over the internet, but the absolutely love it. they used to be on science diet on their skin was really dry and coat looked really dull. but since they have been on this they look like they have oil on their coats!!! It is expensive but you only feed them one cup a day or something like that. check it out!!!

all of mine eat RAW.

shadow eats pedigree healthy vitality in her new home, and she does not do to bad on it. but she ate raw for 4 years and it evedently strengthend her immune system(ALL kibble use to make her throw up on a regular basis) I read the ingredients and thought, horrable food, but I must say it is a big improvemnet over what they used to feed lol first it was no name, then purina dog chow, and now pedigree, so they are gradually moving up in food quaility that they buy lol

Both boys are on Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul - Adult Formula right now. I'm in the process of re-researching the raw diet and will most likely feed that once we finish this bag.

Currently, Kito, Abbey, and Jada eat Sensible Choice chicken and rice. Riley eats Science Diet OC, on the recommendation of the vet for some digestive problems.

Since Abbey and Kito need to lose a few pounds, I'm researching some other foods to see which is best for them as far as a weight maintenance formula goes.

I have recently switched to Nutro's Lamb and Rice. Bella and Ripley were on Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul and I just wanted to try a new food to see if it would help Bella's ear problems as sometimes food is the culprit. Ripley has a sensitive tummy and his stools are firmer now on the Nutro. Sorry to be so graphic. :o

Clover and Elvis eat mainly raw foods but as far as dry food goes they are eating Pedigree Advance energy at the moment (We won 8 Kilograms of the stuff) and when that runs out they will have their Purina bonnie working dog again. The little dogs eat raw aswell, and a little bit of Pedigree mini's.
