For those of you who might not have heard, Mt. St. Helens is getting ready to erupt again. Many of you weren't even born last time (1980).
Its pretty exciting. We're getting news telling us how to deal with ash (rinse off your car - don't wipe off ash or you could leave scratches).
But Portland is more than 50 miles away, and everything will depend on the wind direction when it goes.
It will be a much smaller show in 1980, but with a lot more coverage because of the changes in technology.
Right now the sky is sunny and blue, but rain is expected tomorrow.
I'll let you know if anything exciting happens my way.
