Well of course you've all probably guessed by now, Mouser will not be going to the no-kill shelter! We are keeping him!:D Can you believe how is color is changing? I've never seen this happen with a cat before. It will be interesting to see what color he ends up being!:)

I don't think I have ever seen a cat change like either...He's a 'Cat of a different color'....so to speak! :D

I've seen it! NoahsMommy's Basie did that. :D I think he started out black, got all roany (like a roan horse) looking for awhile, then went back to black. Really cool looking, and it doesn't seem very common.

How beautiful! Wasn't it one of Kelly (Noah's Mommy') kitties that did this same color change thing? Does she have Basil, or is that someone else? I get so confused with who belongs to who anymore!:rolleyes:

This is so weird! Evidently there are just some black cats that do this. I know we've talked about how Basil had the same thing happen to him, but he was a bit older than Mouser is.

Doesn't stop him from being one of the most adorable PT kitties though. ;) :D :D

Yes, I saw Basil and I think this is so different. I had never seen this before until Mouser & Basil!! We'll see if he goes back black!:D

That is amazing! Other than Kelly's kitty I have never seen or heard of such a thing! It is going to be incredible to watch the changes taking place. Make sure you take lots and lots of pictures!!
He is too cute no matter what color he is!! He is so tiny but he has such a sweet and playful look in his eyes. I'm glad he's staying so we can watch him grow up and see what color he turns out to be!!:D

Oh mouser, you are toooooooo precious! I love his colors, and I am thrilled you get to keep him. I have been keeping up with mouser, because he is just such a dollbaby. *kisses to mouser* and *hugs to you* for keeping so healthy and letting him thrive.
