favorite breed?

Hi Guys, I was just curious about what your favorite breed of dogs are mine are Pitbull's. I wish they didn't have such a bad reputation though. I also love Labs, Goldens, Dobermans, Rotweilers, Yorkshire terriers, and mixed breeds. I love all dogs though. :D

I'm actually surprised to hear that many of you like Pit bulls. The last pet forum I was on told me my parents were stupid to bring a Pittie in to the family, and that they should not be allowed in Canada.:mad:

It's very hard to give a complete list as it is ever growing. Of course #1 would be POODLES and #2 would be PUGS. After that in no real particular order:

I just love all dogs! In my lifetime I want to own as many of the different breeds as I can... I've already done... Poodles, Golden Retreivers, Great Dane, Mutts... When I was born my parents had poodles they were so smart then we got a mutt as well and they all greaw up together... Now that they've passed :( We have new babies a golden and a dane...

I don't see myself ever having a pit bull. But with all the agility and training classes I've taken with Oz and Gully, I've been exposed to quite a few Pit Bulls and Am Staffs and I can see why some would be so drawn to them. They've all been quite calm and quiet. I could see them making wonderful apartment dogs, while my Collies definitely would not. They need some room to run and some leeway with barking.

Well of course it has to be a beagle :) I also love basset hounds. Any kind of hound with floppy ears and sad ol' eyes will always win my heart!
