Can dogs have dandruff???

FOr the past few days I have noticed that Chico has what appears to be dandruff in his fur. It flakes right off when I brush it but I cannot get it all out. I didn't even know dogs could get dandruff. What should I do? Please, any suggestions/comments will be appreciated. Also, I would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience with their doggy. THanks in advance for any help:D :confused:

yes they sure cn, you will need to add some fatty supplements to his food such as flax seed oil. you can also get a fatty supplemnt for this purpose from the vet.

yes dogs can have dandruff, Echo had it until I started getting a different food for her.

i put a egg in Kodies food once or twice a week,and his skin hasnt gotten dry,or he hasnt gotten dandruff yet.but like Cali said,get some fatty supplement!
