I don't really follow politics...and I haven't seen this movie...I just find it rather amusing what a fit people are throwing about this, though I do see the point about them spending pratically the entire budge just on one speaker. I don't think most people really care about the budget though, they just don't want *him* to speak! Nobody is being forced to listen!

Eh, protests are probably happening at every university he speaks at this month. My best friend just went and saw him speak at Syracuse University on Thursday night. There were 10,000 people that came to see him speak at the Carrier Dome, and they had to turn more away because of lack of seating (they didn't have the whole Carrier Dome open for the event, but maybe they should have). She said there were Bush supporters and Kerry supporters present, and that his speech was very motivational - the whole tour is about getting traditional non-voters to go out and vote on November 2nd. She said he read letters he's received from soldiers in Iraq, stuff like that. I think it's great what he's doing, but I'm not surprised there's the radical right complaining about it either.

50,000 dollars.

THAT'S funny...

If Moore prides himself as a 'patriot' he should be spreading his anti-Bush message for free..

Pay me to motivate the people to vote...

Another reason to question his motives...

Where's Tony Robbins when you need him.

My question is, who would seriously base their decision about the election in this blowhard!! lol He is so incredibly annoying.

Oh, maybe they're like the people who base their decisions on blowhards like Bill O'Reilly or Rush Limbaugh....

It seems that annoying people do well in media jobs. I guess being nice isn;t controversial enough to pay well.

Rush Limbaugh is right up there with Moore....neither one of them is any sort of journalist! Just wannabes.
