Hello. :D

I asked who was on a diet a couple of weeks ago, and told you that I was needing to lose a few pounds.

Well, since then, I've lost 3 1/2 lbs, by simply cutting back on my calories. Sound easy, but...

I wanna eat!!

Cookies, cake, some french bread...I'm not picky, really. Ugh.

That is all.

dont change your eating habits too drastically,,, eat healthy,, never go hungry,, that leads to binge eating,,,,, Eat how you plan on eating for the rest of your life.. no one can follow those blasted diets forever!!!!

Do what I did,,,,,, Read labels,,, cut out fats, and lower the chlesterols.... and NEVER say Diet!!! Thats a bad word,,,,
Its taken me 2 yrs,, but I have lost 147 lbs now....

Keep us posted on how youre doing!!!

Did you know they make baked Cheetos now? :eek: They're really good!

I have't been cutting out too much, but I shouldn't have bought the Cheetos. :p
