how to make a siggy?

how do you make a siggy and what site do you use that doesnt cost money of that you have to download it to your harddrive

i know that you can dowload your pictures on sites and i can do that i just dont know how to make a siggy and what sites to go on i use picturetrail.com

go to http://jasc.com and download Paint Shop Pro 9(free trial for 60 days) then you can do everything from there(I'm still a trainee in making siggies:D) Also the best place to upload your siggies on is http://www.photobucket.com and sign up(it's free). You can make siggies cooler with website like http://www.fontfreak.com or http://www.1001fonts.com! Also you can use cool control like buttonize or inner bevel(on the "effects" pannel then "3D Effects"). To get cool backgrounds in the color pannel there are many effects if you double click them. Anywayz good luck!:D

i am regerstrating during that time frame on the website it says it is now 2:53 pm and i can only regester for the premium can i use some ones account all i do is dowload my guinea pig pictures and i want to make a siggy

you can't make a siggy on PhotoBucket but is best to store the siggys you made on it. You hafta download Paint Shop Pro to make a siggy.... http://jasc.com
