Obviosly there is something missing from the story! I'll bet anything he was on probation with his job or something along that line... to motivate to use dogs to hurt co-workers.. (postal worker syndrome ya know!?) Why someone with multiple assault charges would be allowed to train dogs to answer commands such as in this story is beyond me. There is little to no legislation on this issue. Poor dogs are very intelligent, being used in an evil way, and this is animal abuse in my opinion.
