Dark here now, wind has calmed and no rain. Traffic on the interstates have just about all but stopped, reckon people got where they wanted to go. We had burgers cooked on the grill and are now ready to settle in for the night to see what this storm brings here.
My babies are settled in, Giz and Samantha hidding under the bed in the room we will be using tonight. Amy on the other hand is NOT happy about being shut up in a room and wanting attention (unusual for her).
Looks like we will miss this bad one but Mobile/Pensacola will take the main brunt of it. We are expecting gusts up to 40 mph and rain and that is about all. Lets hope that is all we get!! Then, I can start worrying about my sisiter and other relatives in Pensacola!!Laura
