Ive got a avatar/video question...

Ok... I am trying to use this video as my avatar.

The screen pops up and says "That image is too large." When I try to submit it. I know that since it is a fairly long video... it probably wont work as an avatar. When it says too large.... does it mean to large as in size or too large as in length of the video?

I think it's the length of the video and the file's size. If you make the length shorter, the file will get smaller.

But how do I make the length of the video smaller? Do I just delete some of the pictures that make up the video off of animation shop?

I think you just need to experiment on deleting a few frames and see how that goes. Don't forget to copy it before you start messing with it.
