Update on Poppy

Just wanted to let you know that Poppy is doing much better.
He is eating well and starting to get back into playing like a little kitty should be.
His little eye is healing up real well also.

This is what his eye looked like when I first got him.

This was taken tonight. Sorry for the darkness, but you can see how much better his eye is doing.

He has another follow up appointment with the vets next week.
I'll let you know how that goes.:)

Lorraine HE LOOKS WONDERFUL!!! I'm so happy to see how this lucky baby has 'fallen into a tub of butter' with you! Please give him a gazillion kissies for me..and soon I'll have some new pics of Emily Rose for you in return! She's starting to look close to 100%!! Poppy looks wonderful! how goes the anemia? He looks just fine to me! What is his future home looking like? Any volunteer homes yet?

Everyone who has seen Poppy comment on his big ears and eyes. LOL...To me, that is what makes him so adorable.

Jan, I cannot wait to see pictures of precious Emily Rose. Oh I have goosebumps just waiting in anticipation. Please don't wait too long or I will go crazy.:D

Leslie, Poppy's anemia is getting better. His little paw pads are starting to turn pink along with his gums, and nose. :D

It sounds quite OFFICIAL! LOL! You don't have enough anyway! I have an ornament I found a few years ago that says "Every Live Should Have Nine Cats"! Sounds like paradise to me about now...another six pack rolling through the door tomorrow. Mom's the Grand Dam of the colony, and will be a TNR. ;) I promise Emily Rose pics soon..her bothers got homes already! Kisses for Poppy. :)

OMG - **SQUEAL** He is adorable!!!! Look at those gorgeous big eyes and ears and a gray and white boy at that. Be still my heart! Oh Lorraine I sure hope you and hubby decided to keep him. I know if he were here I'd have a very hard time giving him up, even to a really good home. What a doll!!!! Big ole wet sloppy smooches for Poppy!

Thank you all for your lovely comments on my little guy.

My hubby says that with those big eyes and ears on Poppy, all you have to do is put wings on him and he would fly.

All the kisses that were requested have been sent and then some.
