my agenda also says that a crocodiles tougue is attached to the roof of its mouth.

another is "you are born with 300 bones, and when your an adult you are left with 206"

A dragonfly has a life span of 24 hours.

A goldfish has a memory span of three seconds.
---------------

These r both wrong.

I had a pet dragonfly for 5 days when I was younger. It was one of those big guys. my friends & I use to sit outside catching food for it.

& the goldfish one is sooo wrong its stupid. If a goldfish had a 3 second memory, then how do they know ur shape & when they see u its food time???

This was also proven to be a myth on Mythbusters.

I didn't read the rest of them, so I have no comment on them yet.

I think the person who made this one up was on drugs. Have a look for your self!

Here in one of my $2.00 bills in my collection.

Sorry about the size, but its the only way u can see the whole bill & see that it is a Canadian flag.

primabella if u've ever owned goldfish for a period of time, you would learn that Goldfish aren't stupid, but they aren't smart either. They do have a pretty good memory for such a tiny brain.

Think of it this way. If a goldfish is scared of you when u first get him ^ then a few days later he's ok & then when u approach the tank he doesn't hid & then when u lift up the container of food, hes darts to the top of the water & starts mouthing the top of the water waiting for his meal.

See they have memory :)

I've have hundreds & hundreds of goldfish & all of them were like that.
