How long does it usually take for kittens to get all of their adult teeth? I know that they start getting their permanent teeth between 3-4 months old, but I was wondering how long the whole process takes. Also, our cat seems to be 'yawning' and chewing objects a lot right around the time that a baby tooth falls out . . . is this normal teething behaviour? (It's been a long time since I've had a kitten and just can't remember :0 ). Thanks.
