He acts like a kitten again

I'm a bit worried about my cat Tatty. He is 9 yrs old and has been neutered but over the last month or so he has started to spray again. He likes to pee up against the bin and areas near by. Has anyone else experienced this problem. He usually does his business outside.

Have you checked to see if he has a urinary- track infection? I'm not sure that would mean he would spray, but something different must be going on since he never used to do that. For sure, get him to a vet..........

It's possible that Tatty is reacting to the presence of another cat in the neighborhood. If he doesn't have a urinary tract infection, I'd bet he feels challenged by another cat (or possibly even another kind of animal).
