Ok,,, I dont feel devastated,, just a little,, well you know,,, a big sigh kind of feeling,,, I know he was just a gold fish,,, but he was 11 YEARS OLD!!!!!,,,, my poor ol Skipper was floating today......


sigh...... time for more fish,, I have only 2 left now in that huge tank!!!!

Oh poor Skipper! Even though it was a Goldfish it was a friend, and lived for a long time. I'll keep him in my thoughts. Get some new fish to cheer you up!:( :)

I'm very sorry for your loss of Skipper. It still hurts to loose a loved one, even a little swimming one. Hugs.

well thanks ladies,,, i must admit I felt some foolish after I hit the send button..... really,, youre all very nice to respond to this,,,,,

a fish,,, geesh,,,,, oh well,, he was indeed around for a while,, i have to admit,, I looked forward to the odd way he would swim for his food.......

11 years? That's quite a long time for a fish. Sorry you've lost your little guy.

Wow! The longest I've ever been able to keep a fish alive was about 1 1/2 years. How big was he?

I remember when I had a Beta and it was sick, it bothered me so much that I had nightmares about it! So don't feel dumb for being upset over a fish.

Sorry about Skipper, I had a goldfish that died last March and she was five. And you really do miss them!

He is the biggest orange fish,, near the bottom of the tank in this pic....he got to be @ 7 inches long from nose to tip of tail.... this pic was taken @ 2 or 3 yrs ago...

I didn't see tis until today, but I wanted to offer my condolances as I have just recently lost my Goldfish,Spot.

Skipper - Swim free in that greatbig fishy tank in the sky buddy. Say hello to spot for me. R.I.P.
