Our City has put in the 9-11 system, and now I need to send out change of address forms. I decided to try and make some, and I am wondering what you think? They are 3.5 x 5 " (I have blurred out our information)

That's so when you dial 911, the correct phone number and address will show up on the screen. At least, I'm guessing that's what it is.

Wow! I would be soo honored to make them for you, Noah's Mommy and Lovemyshiba!! If the time comes and you remember, don't hesitate to ask!

Yes, DDM, that's pretty much what the 9-11 system is. Before this we didn't have a "real address". Our address was RR3 Box #712 (that's not our real address ~ that's just an example). But now we have a street name (w:eek:w!) and the number is calculated by distance to the end of your road, so that they can track a 911 call by GPS. Whoo hoo! We're catching up with the real world! :p

I got them all printed and cut now, and I was just a little disappointed because our color printer at work needs to be calibrated and the coloring is a little browner than the screen. Oh well, such is life, I guess!

Don't buy those STUPID ones at Hallmart *smacks*, Go to the Post Office (or atleast Canada has this), FREEEEEEE change of address cards!!!! The Change of address forms r not free in Canada more (I think those r still Free in the USA, or atleast thats what screaming customers tell me heheh)

But those Cards r very pretty :)
