Kitty Poems!

Hi Everyone! I'm new here, (joined yesterday) and have posted some messages in Cat breeds. My name is Marilyn but often go by the name Mary and also by the alias Marychan *because of my love for Japanese and oriental culture and such*

Anyways, I have decided to post three original poems I wrote, each one about my cats. Hope you guys enjoy!

Luna, My Baby Cat

Black as night but bright as the moon,
Oh sweet angel…God took you too soon.
You brightened my day…you lit up my night
And even in the heavens, you’ll be my guiding light.

I dedicate this to Luna, my precious kitten. Rest in Peace.

Crabby Tabby

The way that you’re crying,
You sound like you’re dying…
You can’t get enough of that food!

And then, when I feed you,
You say, “I don’t need you!”
And you’re in another bad mood!

Stop trying to bite me!
I think that you might be…
A little too cruel and crabby!

No matter what I say,
I’ll adore you anyway!
You’ll always be my love, Tabby!

I dedicate this to Tabitha (AKA: Tabby), my precious cat. Rest in Peace.

Nikko the Demon

You’re a devil in disguise...
Yeah your cruelty I despise….
You’re a demon

That fur coat is just your guise
I can see it in your eyes....
You’re a demon

With a snobby little hiss
You will snub away my kiss
You’re a demon

Like a shadowy abyss...
You will steal away my bliss...
You’re a demon

I can feel your icy glare...
In the shadows as you stare...
You’re a demon

Reach to pet you, I don’t dare…
For your patience is so rare…
You’re a demon

But tomorrow’s a new day…
Maybe it’ll be okay…
You’re a demon

My bad luck will go astray…
And together we will play…
You’re an angel

Nikko's adorable. Is Nikko a male or female? Looks to be a young adult -- is he/she?

I particularly loved the rhyme scheme in 'Nikko the Demon'. Thanks for sharing! I look forward to getting to know you and Nikko.

Hey slick! thanks for your reply. hahaha, Nikko is a good boy, but once in a while...he is...well, A DEMON! hahah, I still love him anyway. I am sad to say that I can't find any pictures of my Luna , But here is a picture of Tabitha in the attachment below. Thanks again.
