Hi Everyone!

Well since Tori is so use to having another pup to play with and Katie is unvailable for awhile I thought it might be nice to take her to our local doggy day care. This is where Tori and I go for our dog obedience class. I figure this would be a good way for her to work off some energy and maybe she wouldn't want to bother Katie so much this evening. It is also very good for her socializing skills. I dropped her off about 1:30 and watched as she was introduced to the other doggies. It was so cute. I'm not for sure how many were there. Seemed like a lot! They were all outside and the owner slowly let a couple in at a time with Tori and before I knew it they were all off and running and Tori was having a blast!! When I left she didn't even know it. I went back to pick her up at 6:00pm and she seemed happy and wore out. Just what I was looking for...lol. I took my camera back with me and got some pics of the other doggies that were there. They aren't the best pictures. I couldn't seem to get a good shot...lol. They were always moving!

Here they are:

Amber, I tried so hard to get a pic of this cutie for you! She was always on the move and just wouldn't hold still for me. She kept sitting on my feet and climbing up my legs. She was a doll baby and her name is Rita. She was a tiny one.

Hi Robyn, that Rottie is actually a female! I thought you might like her. Her name is Rueger, like the gun? I'm not for sure about the spelling and thought it was an odd choice for a female...lol.

If I didn't know any better, I would have sworn I was loking at Amy's pictures. I looked twice at the one with Tori in it... At first I thought I was looking at one of Amy's threads!! Especially since one of the dogs reminds me of Lady, from the back-end.

Great pictures Robin.. That Tori girl sure has grown!

Isn't doggie day care the best? Gigi loves going to day care and play with all her friends. I swear she has more friends than I do. ;)

When I left she didn't even know it.

Ha Ha!!!! Spoken like a "mom" dropping off their kids for a play date!!!!!

The pictures are wonderful and I think it is a great idea for Tori to work off some excess energy. Was she exhausted when she came home?

You know, Robin, it wouldn't be me if I didn't comment on those lovely "old" golden faces you got. Reminds me so much of Zipper!! :)

They are all wonderful!!! Thanks for sharing these pictures. What a treat!!! :)

Robin what a terrific idea! It will give Katie time to rest and Tori time to play - a real win/win situation! ;)

:o

But I ALWAYS love seeing Tori too!

Boy Robin, that really was a wonderful idea to take her to day care! Helps her get rid of her energy, helps you not worry about keeping them calm, and it will help Katie heal!!

I can't wait till she goes back next time so we can see more pictures!!!!

Oh Robin, the pictures are wonderful! What a terrific mom you are:) Doggy day care; what a great idea! I think that's just what Tori needed to work off that extra energy and anxiety. I'm sure she was pooped by the end of the day. The facility looks fabuous...so neat and clean and in good repair. And the clients are adorable:D The senior shots just melted my heart and all the pups are precious. But my favorite was "Run Tori Run!" Thanks for the happy update Robin! Please give Katie and Tori my love! Get well soon sweet Katie girl!

That is an odd choice for a female :p, you should have snuck off with her when you were leaving and brang her to me :p (The same as how I should have brang the husky from the dog park to you ;))
