Need info on Sigs, Avatars etc

I am new to this and was wondering if anyone can tell me where to go/ what to do to get or make those Sigs, Avatars,and Blinkie's?! I've been reading on here over n over in the f.a.g's area how to put a picture under my posts..but so far all I can figure out is how to put a link to an attachment. I wanna have a thumbnail or something like the others... Any suggestions would be more than I know Thanks:o :o

Well you can ask someone like Kfamr,or Popcornbird,they make really good sig's and you can send them your pic's and then they can make it for you.im not really sure either,but if you do make your own,you can get a online photo thing like www.photobucket.com

Yes, it is awesome! I'm from the Hickory area.

I like it here but you better be careful you will become addicted....I don't post a whole lot but I love to read all the post and look at all the pics and that is one thing they love around here is pics of your pets;)

I am such a sad person when it comes to this kinda stuff...I've read and read and still dont know how to attach it so that the picture can be seen instead of clicked on.:o

lol I am bad at this kind of stuff as well. The way I did it was i first saved the signature in a file. then went to www.photobucket.com and made an account(its free.) Upload the signature on photobucket and take the img address or code thingy and on pet talk go to user cp, profile and paste the code under singature. Sorry this may be really confusing because agqain i am horrible about this stuff. and there probaly is easier ways but im bad at this stuff :D

Then to Edit Options
Then scroll to the bottom where is says Avatar.
Click on Change Avatar
This will bring you to another screen.
Scroll down to where it says
"You can enter an URL of your avatar:"
and paste the URL into the text area provided.

Make sure you click submit modifications each time, or else the things will not be saved.
