Hey all! Sorry I haven't posted in awhile- I"ve been busy. I have got on and read a bit each day. Anyways, I was doing my exercises this morning (I"m back at prepregnancy weight :D just not shape). I work with one of those huge exercise balls- it was wonderful for pregnancy pains! The kitties were quite into it!

Patches wondering what I'm doing:

Such good exercise buddies! I know whenever I get on the floor to exercise (not that it happens that often, but when I do) I immediately have two little helpers....umm...eerrr....getting in the way....oh!...I mean...helping me exercise. ;) :D I think it has something to do with us being on the floor, more at their level.

Mystic is my pilates coach. She does pilates all the time...just not when I want to do them. The "boys" are always right by my side when I exercise too....wonderful helpers. ;) :)

That first one of Patches made me bust out laughing.. That looks exactly like what his expression is saying!!

What is this thing you are calling "exercise"? Is this something new? Another new fad? Is it expensive?

Pretty funny Chris! All the babies seem concerned and intent on helping with whatever it is you are doing!:D

:D Kitties can be pretty good exercise coaches. My RB Goldie used to help me with "Puss-ups" :D

While laying on one's back, grab a kitty (use both hands) and oh-so-carefully lift the puss up and then bring it back down to your body. Repeat until the cat protests. Great for increasing pec and arm strength :D

Hey ... you should try that form of exercise where you involve your cats ... use them as weights, etc.!!! :D

A few months ago, I'd lie on the floor on my back and do abs exercises. It was rather unnerving to have little furry bodies leaping across my stomach from the exhileration of seeing me on their level. I counted it a major breakthrough when it became 'ho, hum' for them and they quit. :D

I LOVE my WATP tapes and DVDs, don't you? -- Cassy and Livvy climb on their tree, the couch, or my chair/footstool to watch though ... I think they're concerned I'll step on them.

I found new use for my exercise mat.
It’s being used to give the kitties massages, and if you fold it up in a triangular shape it makes a cool tent for them to play in.
:D
