a link needed re-neutering and spaying cats

Can anyone provide me with a good link on information about spaying and neutering your cat, I have found some , but they always mention the UK or USA, I really need one here for NZ, as I want to do a phamplet drop in my area.

There are a lot of cats in my area, and quite a few Tom cats, I have just seen the neighbours cat doing his thing with another cat I have seen in the area, so now I guess there will be kittens, its annoying as both these cats are well looked after and in beautiful condition, if only their owners were more responsible, they are certainly going to get a phamplet.
